I am pleased to announce that the application TVTime has been added to the Fienix software repository. TVTime is an application for use with video capture cards that allows for displaying television or other input from the capture card. It includes several innovative features, such as fine-tuning for video game consoles, film mode, DScaler deinterlacers, and overscan settings.

StreamTuner2
StreamTuner2 has been added to the Fienix software repository. StreamTuner2 is a browser for streaming radio stations. StreamTuner2 fetches from SHOUTcast, Xiph.org, Live365, Jamendo, DMOZ, basic.ch, Punkcast, and more.

SuperTux 0.6.0
I am pleased to announce that SuperTux has been upgraded to version 0.6.0 in the Fienix software repository. SuperTux is a classic 2D jump & run game. SuperTux version 0.6.0 features a complete redesign of the icy world and forest world. Graphics and animations have been improved, and various visual and shader effects have been added. Additionally, many bug fixes and performance improvements have been incorporated.

Darkplaces
Darkplaces is a significantly modified and enhanced version of the id Tech 2 game engine. It features an OpenGL renderer, support for shaders, normal mapping, deluxemaps, bumpmapping, realtime lighting, bloom lighting, model interpolation, and many other effects and enhancements. Supported games include Quake, Nexuiz, Xonotic, and RetroBlazer.
I'm pleased to announce that Darkplaces engine, Quake-HD-Remix (requires game data), Nexuiz, Xonotic, and RetroBlazer are now available in the Fienix software repository.

AlephOne
AlephOne is the open-source continuation of Bungie's Marathon game engine. In addition to playing the Marathon Trilogy, AlephOne also plays several third-party games built for this game engine. AlephOne features several enhancements over the original engine, including OpenGL rendering, support for high-resolution graphics and texture packs, plugins, 3D models, Lua scripting, and internet multiplayer.
In 2005 Bungie authorized the release of the full original Marathon Trilogy for no-charge online distribution.
